Hess Home Services LLC is owned by Ben Hess. After working for a local property management company for a number of years he decided to start his own dryer vent cleaning and handyman business. He desires to serve his neighbors, “to not sweat the small stuff,” so that they can enjoy their home in the mountains of Crested Butte, Colorado.
Here is a little info about me and my family.
My wife and I grew up in the mountains of Pennsylvania and were married in 2007. While living in Pennsylvania we worked on the family dairy farm. We decided we wanted to move west. So in 2009, we moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado. While living there I worked mostly in the cycling industry. Mountain biking has always been a passion of mine. Our oldest son was born there but we decided to move back to Pennsylvania in 2015 as I had the calling and opportunity to be an associate pastor at a local congregation there. I also ran a small coffee roasting business, while living there. During this time our youngest three children were born. In 2022 we had the opportunity to move to Crested Butte. We love having Crested Butte as our home, with plenty of room to ski and mountain bike. We enjoy the many outdoor activities that are so easily accessible in this area. It is truly a joy for us to be part of the Crested Butte community. We are involved in the local school, and the local church, and we love to connect with our neighbors and visitors in this wonderful town.
